The Recruiter position at Coldstream Wealth Management is based in Bellevue. Work can be done almost entirely remotely after the initial training period (expected in-office training time: 1-2 days per week for the first 1-2 months). Periodic visits to the Bellevue, Seattle, and Mercer Island offices are expected for meetings and getting to know the hiring teams.

In terms of salary expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base salary typically starts between $80k and $90k, plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
