Coldstream Wealth Management is Hiring a Recruiter Near Bellevue, WA

Job Description:

The Recruiter position at Coldstream Wealth Management is based in Bellevue. Work can be done almost entirely remotely after the initial training period (expected in-office training time: 1-2 days per week for the first 1-2 months). Periodic visits to the Bellevue, Seattle, and Mercer Island offices are expected for meetings and getting to know the hiring teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their business, gather job requirements, and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Post open positions via our applicant tracking system (ATS On Demand) and social media
  • Utilize ATS to review and screen candidate resumes, communicate with candidates, and track recruiting status for each candidate
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams
    • Create interview questions
    • Provide information on effective candidate sourcing, interview, and selection techniques
    • Facilitate debriefing sessions with hiring teams after interviews
  • Develop relationships with universities and professional organizations to continue increasing the diversity of our candidate pool
  • Partner with the Director of HR to continue to refine our recruiting strategy and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

In terms of salary expectations, we assess each candidate individually based on their experience and qualifications and offer competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to the team. Base salary typically starts between $80k and $90k, plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
Experience and Skills:

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing through offer) - preferably including experience in financial services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivation, task orientation, responsiveness, and sense of urgency
  • Organizational skills and ability to set and reset priorities as situations change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
